Outline of Position

Are you looking for a fast-paced, creative social media & PPC role? Twentytwo are recruiting a Paid Digital Marketing Strategist to develop the social media arm of the business and manage their growing list of client social media accounts.

Based in the historic Coventry Canal Warehouse, we’re looking for highly motivated individual to join our expanding team.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media and PPC strategy across our growing list of clients to help improve marketing and sales efforts, increase brand awareness, online presence, web traffic and sales along with specific requirements defined by any given client. 

You should be a paid social media expert, with excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our client’s paid social strategies are aligned with all of their online and offline marketing objectives.

As our PPC lead, you will be in charge of increasing website traffic for our clients, as well as generating and developing qualified leads along the buyer journey, using all available content and paid channels.

Place of Work

Your main place of work will be Studio 19, Canal Warehouse, Coventry Canal Basin, Leicester Row, CV1 4LH, however there will be occasions where meetings are required at client locations. All hours must be recorded on the timekeeping software used by Twentytwo. As a result of Covid-19, we’re now working more remotely and flexibly as a team, which we believe will remain a feature of the company moving forward.

Salary

Your basic salary is £22,000 – £24,000 per annum (depending on experience) based on 40hrs per week.

Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of social media, marketing, and consumer trends.
  • 2-3 years experience in paid social media and paid search / PPC / Adwords.
  • Expert paid social media and PPC knowledge – Google Ads (essential) and Amazon Sponsored Products (desirable).
  • Expert in the set up and management of associated Google Ad software including Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console & Google Merchant Centre.
  • Results driven.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media management and ad account management tools.
  • Great communicator and a proven team player who naturally collaborates with colleagues and cross-departmental teams.
  • Organised and great at multitasking.
  • Genuinely interested in and passionate about social media and PPC.
  • Motivated individual that uses their own initiative and is stimulated by constant change and development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with our Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our client’s paid social media and PPC strategies to ensure content is informative and appealing to the intended audiences to achieve the client’s marketing targets within their allocated monthly budget.
  • Define and report on the most important and relevant KPIs for each client.
  • Administer all client social media ad accounts ensuring all content is delivering.
  • Manage and administer all client PPC channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
  • Identify target audience preferences and build custom audiences along with content ideas to meet them.
  • Manage client campaign budgets, bids management, and keyword research for growth and optimisation.
  • Attend quarterly strategy review sessions with all clients.
  • Monitor social analytics & reporting to test, measure, and manage ongoing content to ensure we maximise ad spend vs ad goals for all accounts.
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media/PPC best practices and technologies.
